Who We Are

ACUMEN SPORTS MANAGEMENT is a professional sports management and talent development organization committed to identifying football talents from grassroots clubs, supporting their structured development, and creating pathways to professional opportunities locally and internationally.

We work closely with grassroots football clubs to discover, develop, and position talented players for long-term football careers. Our model strengthens grassroots clubs, protects young players, and creates a transparent pathway from local football environments to professional platforms.
